Absolutely wonderful stay, warm and cosy house, massive rooms, complete luxury, spa-like bathrooms, courtyard godsend.

Nothing could have been better.

My stay at Simba House was absolutely wonderful. The house itself was warm and cosy, with spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms that made me feel like I was in a spa. The decor was fabulous and the kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were comfy and the showers were amazing. The arrival process and key collection were well-communicated. I had a spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped experience.

The kitchen layout made it challenging to serve meals for a group, and parking was a bit difficult. Additionally, there were some minor issues with the bunk bed room, couches in the living room, and bedside tables.

The location was fantastic, very close to the town center and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. It was great to have plenty of on-street parking available, so we never had to worry about finding a spot. The property was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was very organized and helpful during our stay.

the shower controls in the en-suite on the top floor were a major issue. We couldn't regulate the water temperature, and it was quite dangerous as it had a scalding risk.

Clean, well-equipped house with great parking. Tea, coffee, and toiletries provided. Excellent showers and plenty of towels. High-end furnishings and super comfy beds. Great location.

the perfect stay in saltburn-by-the-sea! simba house exceeded all expectations with its warm and cosy atmosphere, massive rooms, and luxurious bathrooms. we'll never stay anywhere else again!

Missing extra tea towels.

The decor is fabulous and in keeping with the property. the lounge area has lovely comfy sofas and a massive TV. the kitchen is well-stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious. the location is very close to the town centre. the house is spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Parking is good and tea bags, coffee, and toiletries are provided. the showers are excellent with plenty of hot water. the beds are super comfy and there are plenty of towels. the high-end quality furnishings throughout the house add to the luxurious experience.

The rooms were huge and luxurious, and the house had everything we needed. The bathrooms felt like a spa, with deep plunge baths and rainfall showers. The decor was beautiful and the location was convenient. a wonderful experience that we would love to repeat!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. the location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. the house was well, equipped and clean, and the on, street parking was convenient. the bedrooms were luxurious and the bathrooms felt like a spa retreat. We especially loved the rainfall showers and deep plunge bath. the courtyard was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some outdoor time. the host was well, organized and made our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

One minor issue was the lack of glasses in the kitchen and a broken bin lid.

It would have been nice to have more glasses in the kitchen, considering the property caters for eight people. Additionally, the kitchen bin lid was broken.

Amenities like free WiFi and a flat-screen TV were the icing on the cake during our stay at this holiday home. While exploring the beautiful area, we were able to stay connected with loved ones and catch up on our favorite shows. It was like having a home away from home, but with a touch of luxury.
